Business in the Community interview questions

I had 2 in person interviews, first was a presentation and the second was a formal interview. I was offered after 2nd interview. Quick interview process and rang back with outcome on same day.

Standard interview format with task and questions. 15 minutes task to prepare in advance. Interviewers seemed nice and questions were pretty standard competency questions. Big red flag though as they have never given me an outcome!! Not a word after the interview, not even an auto generated rejection email (it’s been many weeks).
