I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Business Talent Group (Austin, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
Met with them at a career fair and had an initial phone screening interview. After many e-mails back and forth I had two more interviews, one with one of the Principals and another one with the Vice President. They showed a real interest in me and offered me an in-person interview at the Austin office. I talked to two of the Associates and one Principal. My overall experience with BTG is that they are VERY new company (about 80 employees in the US) and they haven't figured out how the recruiting process works. At times it seemed a little unprofessional, the e-mails from the recruiter had a lot of typos on them. A week later, they sent me an e-mail saying they were no longer interested in going further with my application. After a month of interaction with the "company" it seemed strange the way they declined to make me an offer - very generic and impersonal.
If you are looking to grow with a company, BTG it is not the company for you. They are looking for college grads to work for them for about 2 years and then they lay you off.
I applied online. I interviewed at Business Talent Group (Chicago, IL)
Interview
First they called me and there was an introductory phone interview, then a round of behavioral questions for the second interview. Very straightforward, asking about working style, how you interact with others, etc.

I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Business Talent Group in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied online through my university career page and was contacted fairly quickly. I interviewed with 6 different people over 6 weeks and at the end was given a very generic rejection email from HR. It was honestly incredibly disheartening after spending hours meeting with different associates and being pulled along this process only to be rejected with zero feedback. All interviews were essentially the same thing asking the same questions: how do you prioritize work, tell me about a time you set a goal, what are your organizational methods.

Question 1
They gave me an example of a client saying they wanted a consultant but did not give a lot of info about their problem. The interviewer asked what info I still needed to meet this client's needs.
