Interview
The phone and first round interviews seemed professional but in both times I asked specifically if the job had a base pay and they said yes. Which is far from the truth. What they call a base pay is $300 every week and that is if you make a minimum of 2 sales. If not we'll I guess you better have good savings. Since you also have to use your own car and gas as well.

Interview
They use a three step interview process. Your first interview is a short chat with the hiring manager then a second more in depth interview with a team leader followed by another short final interview with the hiring manager. The problem is you have to make it to the second interview to find out that this is door to door sales and pays less than minimum wage for the first month. They expect you to work long hours knocking on doors within a 50+ mile radius for $200 per week for your first month then $300 per week after that. They offer no benefits no overtime pay in fact there is no hourly wage at all. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional but I would assume they have to be to have kept a scam like this going for so long. Wasted a lot of time and resources on this place.

Interview
They contacted me first. Initial phone interview the first time they contacted me, mostly just getting to know me. After the phone interview they invited me to come in and meet with someone in person. This part was very easy also. For the third interview I met with another employee for about an hour. This part seemed like he was trying to sell me on the position. They wanted to schedule another and final meeting but I declined the offer because I was not interested in the position, since it is basically door-to-door sales, although they try to make it seem like it is not.
