Interview
They had us take a skills test which lasted over an hour. It made it seems like the position was more cut throat and worth it than it actually was. Then a few 1-1 interviews with the c level employees. The job in the end was pretty terrible and I regret interviewing with them.

How do your skills align with this job? Why do you want to work here? Also they let me know day one to NEVER expect a raise. Total red flag.
