3 interview stages- 2 over Skype and the 3rd one in person in Europe. The first round is an information session, 2nd round is a one on one interview and the 3rd round is with all potential employees during the semesters orientation in Europe

3 Round Interview, all online via Google Hangout. 1st Round: Informational with others candidates on the call. 2nd Round: Questions about you. 1 on 1 with employer. 3rd Round: You have the job. You start orientation in Europe. Calling it a 3rd Round interview is purposeless, and they never explicitly tell you when the "3rd Round" interview is done.
