Applied and got a call 2 days after to come in for an interview. The manager who interviewed me was nice and surprised that I applied since they rarely get people at the store that have sales experience. I have almost 3 years of retail experience. The interview lasted about 10 minutes. She asked about availability, my work experience, how I handle stressful situations, etc. She offered me a full time position on the spot.

My interview was very brief. I had family who worked in the store, so I was basically hired prior to interview. The manager at that moment was very helpful and always open to whatever concerns you may have.
