I applied through university. I interviewed at Burgess & Niple (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview procedure typically involves an initial screening call, followed by a panel interview (approx. 1 hr) if the candidate is selected to proceed to the next step of the process. During my interview, I really appreciated how engaged the interviewers were in our conversation- they asked questions that were both challenging and insightful, and they provided thorough answers to the questions I had for them. Having prior engineering intern/co-op experience to draw from during the interview is a plus, but, more importantly, expressing your passion for the role and preparing thoughtful questions to ask will also go a long way in this case.
