Burger Bar Challenge: Candidates approach a bar-like setup, complete with various ingredients. They're tasked to create their own signature burger, showcasing not just their flipping skills, but also their creativity and understanding of flavors. 4. The Speedy Service Drill: Simulating a busy lunch hour rush, candidates manage multiple grills and orders. It tests their multitasking abilities, speed, and accuracy, all while ensuring top-notch quality. 5.
