Usual fast food interview; simple and straight forward.
Mostly are you clean and can you show up on time.
Describe your management style, approach to discipline, have you ever had to create a schedule for employees, views on cleanliness.
Simple and quick. They are looking for mature individuals who are dependable and do not call in. Show leadership skills to a certain extent and ability to work with the team as a whole.
Pretty easy, making sure it's clear that managerial experience in the food industry.
Don't be afraid to voice concerns. Control the interview and make sure your demands are met. It's fast food so don't be a pushover
Spoke briefly with the district manager who covered about 5 or 6 stores in the arra and once he had approved, he sent me on to Sonia the general manager of the S Shields location for a more specific set of questions.
