I applied for the role through a formal posting. A person from the company got back to me about a month later and gave me a day's notice for a phone interview. They did not confirm that the interview would be going forward until I asked for confirmation the day before the scheduled time. Phone interview lasted about 45 minutes. The person I spoke to was professional but still engaging. There were no untoward questions or comments made. At the end of the phone interview, they told me that I would hear back by the end of the following week. I did not. When I followed up a week afterward asking about the status of the selection process, the point of contact did not reply to my email. I eventually received a perfunctory c/p reply a week later informing me that they had moved on to other candidates.
