Initially I was interviewed by an HR person, who then bounced me to a couple different laboratory managers from different departments. The HR person had me list some of my past laboratory experience, and the laboratory managers were similar.

The interview experience was positive overall. However, the workspace and operational processes appeared disorganized. On the other hand, the managers were straightforward, honest, and approachable, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the compensation offered was significantly below industry standards.

The entire interview process was online though Teams. The first interview is very relaxed with HR, had a great conversation. The second interview is with 2 managers.
