It was a very simple process and not super stressful. There was light aptitude testing that I recall. I just met with the department manager and chatted for 45 minutes or so about job responsibilities and benefits offered, 2 weeks paid vacation/sick time. Then met an owner, then offered the job. Drug testing would be done on or around first day of employment.
