Contacted and applied through a recruiter. Went for an in-person interview, which was ok. A lot of general experience questions. I was a little put off because there was no reception area, you basically just walk in and look around until you find somebody who can direct you to where you need to be. The second time I was invited back, I was given an aptitude/ personality test. I hate it when companies do this because you are being tested on something you don't know how to pass (personality test). Creepy vibe, put me off.

Three round interviews
1. Phone interview: HR will ask some basic questions related to your education, work experience and etc.
2. On-site interview: The supervisor of the position you applied and HR will participate. The questions are very detailed. You must know and remember your work experience clearly.
3. Personality and Analytic Skill Test: You will three-page close book exam. There are two parts: (1) Logical reasoning test (2) Personality.
