A phone screening which asked for basic background experience and an in person interview which went into details of time management, organization, and reception skills. Overall the entire process took about a total of a full week.

A series of 4, thirty minute calls scheduled over a few days with different stakeholders (Other PMs, VPs and the CPO). Very fast moving with a quick final decision. All held over zoom due to the pandemic.

Straightforward nothing out of the norm. More if an issue that candidates take time to prepare for interviews especially if it with multiple stakeholders. The least a company could do is have the common courtesy to inform candidates where they stand and even take the 2 minutes to write an email informing them they went in a different direction. How you treat candidate in the interview process shows pretty much how you would treat them as employees.
