Got phone call from HR first. Answered her some very basic personal question. And then only one onsite interview with HR, team leader and two senior developers. Lots of behavioral questions, details of past projects, a few programming questions.

They make a first interview, second with the team leader, in the first they ask the sallary expectations. They ask to make a test, and sometimes they offer less sallary than expected.
