I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Buffalo Exchange (Portland, OR) in May 2016
Interview
It was a three step interview. First was a quick 5 question interview along with a buying test to ensure you had natural talent for seeking out fashion trends. Second interview goes in depth on past experiences along with picking out items in the store that you would and wouldn't buy and talk about your reasoning. Third interview is pretty much an overview with the store manager.

Question 1
What are some fashion trends you are currently seeing?
3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
There were 3 interviews. First, an informal interview. For the next interview I was quizzed on current styles for men and women. At the final interview I was offered the job
