I applied in-person. I interviewed at Buffalo Exchange (Hollywood, FL)
Interview
I walked in, asked if they were hiring and filled out an application. I was immediately sat down with the manager after handing in the application, and she asked a few simple questions: Why i decided to apply, what could I bring to the store, and my availability. She scheduled me for an interview the following week. During the interview she asked me questions like, what fashion trends I follow, what my personal style is, etc. She then gave me a few clothing items that I would either buy or pass on, and explain why. After that I had to fill out a two personality sheets where on one I had to check what I saw myself as, and the other was what people want me to be.
3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
There were 3 interviews. First, an informal interview. For the next interview I was quizzed on current styles for men and women. At the final interview I was offered the job
