Phone screening, then face to face.
Interview was generic. I interviewed in May then did a follow up email. A couple weeks went by so I asked if there was any status change on the position. I received a vague two line reply from the HR person. While doing research on this company I found out that you can use their site to search their committee meetings to see how much other people in the position made. Plain and simple, I asked for market value which was to much for them. The sign of a good sweat shop!
