I met with the manager by showing up in person, had a very informal interview, with basic questions, etc. I was offered a position by phone within a few days.
Hired right on the spot. Asked easy enough questions. A little sketchy looking back but overall not a bad experience. Would recommend for a first time job but avoid if you've had a job before.
the interveiw just had a few questions about what you would do and information questions. You have to study the recipes, and they test you on them. Didn't really give me time to learn and go through all of the modules.
