Full assessment day, interviewed by 10+ people throughout various rounds. Different focus areas from personal motivation to handling a case study to address a challenge for a hypothetical client. Really nice atmosphere, but certainly challenging questions throughout a long day. Helped get a good feel for the firm.

Interview
Awful. Of all the companies I interviewed at (10+), Brunswick is by far the worst. Poor communication with weeks in between interviews or updates. After going through the process, was told any salary would be far lower than communicated initially. In the end after 3 separate on-site interviews and multiple virtual final round conversations, I was left completely ghosted. Truly taken aback at the lack of professionalism. But Brunswick showed their true cards. Seems like there are quality people at the firm but the recruiting process is laughable.

Highly unprofessional, and unethical ways of conducting interviews. The very premise of the interview process itself is contrary to what they preach. This firm is far away from reality, left me with a thought that if a candidate experience is in the way it is, can only imagine the plight of their clients.
