The recruiter reached out to me over LinkedIn and gave details about the JD over a call. After our first interaction, my first round of interviews happened after a week. The first round of interviews will be an exploratory call touching on candidate experience and some skills they are expecting out of the role (TPM). The interviewer did read my resume before the interview and asked some questions about the information I had given.
