Brown and Brown Insurance Agency interview questions

Very easy to talk to HR than the manager, no in-depth questions, kind of just overall insurance stuff and career aspirations. Lasted about 25-30 mins, was asked very few STAR questions, and was more of a personality test.

HR screening call followed by discussion with hiring manager after passing the HR screen. I was not selected for final interview round. Brown and Brown was looking for a leader in either Florida or Texas.
