It’s long and is not worth it. Not good at communication and very uncomfortable during the whole process. Upper management is sleazy and has little man syndrome. This whole company has little man syndrome, constantly putting down other publishing houses and how they operate while they are struggling just as much.

I took an InDesign test and Editorial Test and had two in person interviews for this internship. Very pleasant and casual interviewing process. Interviews barely lasted 15 minutes. They have a lovely Dallas office.
