Interview
The HR department took a while to get back to me after I applied to the position. They called me and asked questions about my role and some relevant scenarios (How much CapEx have I procured? Do I have experience developing new suppliers?). During the actual zoom interview, they went into further relevant details and asked good questions.

How would you handle conflicting KPI’s, example: low production cost and higher invest vs high production costs and lower invest).
Fairly organized. Sent me the information I needed to prepare before the interview. Everything was through teams and the people interviewing me were great. It was a direct interview and gave me feedback regarding my performance

Tough process. Too many technical questions were asked right in the first interview. First was the HR round regarding description on the CV. And then the production manager asked all the technical questions.
