Interview
I met with a group at the school for about 30 minutes and they didn’t ask many questions, definitely seemed more casual to a formal interview. It seemed like they didn’t have a large candidate pool because they were “selling” me on the role. I thought it was strange that one of the folks, from administration, asked me how many kids I had and where they went to school. A few days later I shadowed a teacher .
