Straight forward call to discuss the role. Talked specifics about day to day activities and training. Agent has unique role in this process as the office team handles the paperwork which is interesting.
Contacted me immediately and the interview was very friendly and cordial. I felt welcomed immediately upon walking in. I didn’t get the job but that was solely on my part, I have really nothing bad to say.

Interview
Very friendly and casual. Sit down with the CEO and one of the top agents in the conference room, have a coffee and discuss. It's more of a chance for each party to get to know each other.
