I received a phone call about two weeks after the application deadline. I was asked to schedule an interview within a two week period. I was offered an in-person interview or a Skype interview because I was at college out-of-state, and I chose an in-person interview. It lasted about an hour, with probably 20 minutes of it devoted to learning the detailed work involved with the job. It was a very pleasant interview experience. I received an email two weeks later offering me the position.
