Pleasant informal process - they asked about me as a person and my interests and my interests in that area and how I had come to get involved, very pleasant interview felt like more of a chat. It was a speculative application

Informal and mainly competency based in relation to Brodies' values. The interviewer also asked some knowledge and skills question as well as motivation and fit. I had applied to the banking team.
