Had a phone interview with HR. The HR rep was friendly, well spoken, very organized and briefed me on the role with great detail. I decided to pursue another role but definitely had a good interview experience with Britec and would recommend others to apply here.

Lack of Professionalism. The interviewers did not review my resume ahead of time. They called me for an interview, based on how well my resume and cover letter was written while not actually reviewing my qualifications. I have a technical background, and they needed someone with an accounting background in a technical related role. Why call someone for an interview, without having done your due diligence in actually reviewing someones qualifications? Also, I drove 3 hours for this interview... worst experience ever, very unprofessional, and i would not recommend this company to anyone.
We’re not 100% sure that this review was meant for us as we have never hired for an “Integration Analyst” before.
Assuming this was meant for us, we apologise that you felt your time was wasted. We do take care when writing our job descriptions so that applicants can quickly asses if they are qualified for our openings and then apply if they think they have the right experience. We review every resume carefully and if selected; we then do a phone screening interview to ensure that the applicant can elaborate on their experience. Only then will we call an applicant in for an in-person interview.
