I applied for a customer service position. I went for an interview and signed in like normal. Once called I was asked a serious of questions also like normal. Because of the form I was given in the beginning I asked if this was a sales position. I was repeatedly told that this was a CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION, NOT SALES. Hours after my interview I was called and scheduled for a second interview. I came in and met with a "director". It was explained that I would be showed a slideshow of the company and what the job entails. As the slide show began the "director" said this was a position for Pirranna Sales group. Mind you that is NOT the company I was led to believe I was interviewing for. As the "interview" continued it was explained that this was a "customer service based SALES" company. There is no 35,000-38,000 salary. There is a rate $8 with commission. There are quotas that need to be met! I walked out feeling extremely deceived! The company is a lie. Yes, you do have the chance to make money and go on lovely trips, PROVIDED you are a top seller!

They have you come in for an interview thinking its for customer service however it's for commission sale straight commission. Very misleading in my opinion. However they do seem like they have a lot of fun

I explained my sales history, but asked the interviewer about the Customer Service Position I was suppose to be interviewed about. I was told that position is only offered after a sales position within the company. So they have you come in for one position and tell you about another one. Also the Sales position is Commission only. I also mentioned the email discussed
