I interviewed for a position I was in fact not entirely qualified for, but was lucky in that the interviewer upon reading my application saw I possesed the skills for another position. I found it to be easy to speak to all three management interviewers and appriciated their eye for placing the correct person in the correct position to help me and the company both grow.
