Interview
I met Jaime at a job fair, applied online, and emailed her my resume. She set up a phone screen, in which she asked about my background and a couple of technical questions about supply chain and calculating sales tax on a ring. She then invited me in to meet in-person with their CEO. Their CEO asked good questions and it seemed like a really great company. Jaime emailed me shortly after the in-person interview that they were happy to have met me but they didn't think my background was a good fit. I enjoyed speaking with them but ultimately agree.
Even though they did not make me an offer, I was really impressed with their professionalism and quick response times.
Overall quick and painless. Staff were kind and respectful! There was a screening, small assessment, and then interview with department management. The assessment was not too difficult and I felt the whole process was straightforward.

Interview
They were late to the interview, then they asked if I needed to reschedule after them being late. The chat was brief and dull, did not ask much - seemed like they already knew they didn't want to hire me. Upon rejection, I replied to see if I could get feedback on why I was rejected; they never responded. Overall, the experience wasn't too pleasant. I guess I'm glad I didn't join them.
