This was a 5 step interview process:
1. A phone interview with the HR Director. Got screened for fit and experience.
2. An interview with the Client Service Director. Case study questions + industry knowledge questions.
3. An interview with the VP of Client Services. More case study questions + culture fit questions.
4. An interview with the VP of Strategy and Client Services. Even more case study questions.
5. An interview with the CEO. Strategy, experience and case study questions.
