A phone interview with a recruiter, then another with the hiring manager. There was a gap between the first contact with the recruiter and the phone interview with the recruiter. 1:1 site interviews with 4 senior managers, including the hiring manager. All four gave simple case exercises that took no more than 5 minutes to answer.
