The interviewer sounded like a decision was already made before she could interview me. 80% of the time it was her talking about the company and the role. Somehow telling me that maybe the role is not for me.

I cant even recall there was a question asked, i had to tell the interviewer maybe i can provide her insight about my expertise and that i more than meet the role specified.
