Interview
Initial phone screen interview, in person interview 45 min -1 hour. They gave me a tour of the place and introduced me to the teachers. They asked me questions about my resume and how I would act in specific situations with students.

Applied on a monday and had an interview that next day. Did a phone screening then went to an in person interview. They were very kind and understanding during the interview.

Interview
Meeting with two people and then a working interview in a classroom of the age group that you are interested in working with. After the working interview we spoke about the position and what it entails.
A little dragged out takes a while to get you started and I’m training but that’s more of hrs problem. Other than that it’s definitely worth it! You have a phone interview then in person interview then you have to submit 3 references. After that it’s really a waiting game then once you hear back you get your start and then you’re on to success!
