Preliminary phone screen with a BH Recruiter followed by a video interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager then invited me to create an engagement communication plan and submit for review. The instructions for the exercise were amateurish, poorly written, and ambiguous. Once submitted, no feedback was given despite a request and the offer of a follow up.
