online and phone interview also interactive interview at a center where I was required to work in a classroom for 8 hours, then I needed to complete a packet of reading and testing plus a Dept of Children Services course (45 hours) AND module training for new hires before being allowed in the classroom

The interview was straightforward and not hard at all. It was over the phone and lasted only ten minutes. The person on the phone was nice and calm. The interview was held in a conversational matter.

HR Phone screening, a week later Director’s phone interview, video conference . Interviewer were emphatic , making me feel very comfortable .The whole process was smooth , professional and pleasant.

I met with a director and the interview was pretty straightforward. She asked about my experience, qualifications, and some hypotheticals surrounding childcare and dealing with parents. I was then also shown around the site and told more about what Bright Horizons does.
