Interview
I was called on the phone and I came in for several hours of interviews with about 6 different attorneys in the practice group I was going to be working with. Then I went out to lunch with two of the senior attorneys. Overall, they just wanted to "get to know you" and it was an enjoyable experience as interviews go.

They didn't ask a lot of technical questions, mostly just about my background, education and law school classes etc.
