Interview
Personality test. Interview with at least two managers. Drug test. Then I got the Job. I was then sent to training which cost me 300 dollars, I was promised reimbursement after 90 days, I never saw that money again. After 3 days of "basic" training, I was sent to "Briggs" training for a week. Then they released me into the Auto Sales world.

Interview
I first applied to be a sales professional while still working in the banking industry. After an interview with the Sales Manager and General Manager, I was called the next day and offered a position with the company. From the first date of hire, I began a very advanced training schedule and learned a plethora of helpful sales information and skills that helped develop my career.
