The interview took more than 4 hours overall. I can't remember the exact time or the job title, but there were 2 interviews back to back setup with 2 interviewers each - this took 2 hours. I then received a one hour "lunch break" where there was no food provided. I also wasn't able to use the elevator so I couldn't leave to get anything to eat. I then had another 1 hour interview with 2 more interviewers.
Overall, there were 3 individual interviews where I discussed the same thing over and over again to 6 people. It's very well known in business that you only conduct interviews 1vs1 - you always match the number of those being interviewed unless you meet a department head or owner, so it was extremely overwhelming, and a big waste of time. Especially since it was a 4 hour process with 3 interviews back to back with no food or anything to drink.
I knew immediately I wouldn't want to work at cooperate Bridgestone if that's how they treat candidates. Image how they treat employees!
I never received a phone call or email from anyone - not even from the recruiting department of several employees - must be a simpler interview process for that role!
