Bridge33 Capital interview questions

My first-round interview was with their HR, which feels standard. I was surprised that in my second-round interview with the VP of the department, a skipped levels manager for the position. Needless to say, the interview didn't go well and I did not got the job.

Standard virtual interview, not super in-depth, HR was not able to provide insight on employee turnover or life cycle, company seemed more traditional (I.e. prefers people to be in office 100% vs. hybrid model)
