Interview process was good but the HR policies and style of work is very bad . I interviewed at Brick&bolt and given 2 rounds and cleared both the rounds . after that HR told that you have to join in 15 days but before scheduling the interview there was nothing like that . Another thing is that why she was telling to join in 15 days is due to expected package . I will suggest this company have not a good budget to offer you and giving interviews is waste of your time
