Brewing Market interview questions

It was really slow, awkward questions and not enough information on the position. I was confused when I left the interview. They also offered two different salaries at two different interviews.

I had one interview with the store manager followed by a second interview a few days later with the general manager. They were more “getting to know you” conversations than your typical interview questions. If you have had any previous coffee shop experience, the interview process is very easy. They do not tell you about benefits (or lack thereof) unless you ask specifically. Wage was negotiable since I had prior coffee shop experience.
