Interview
The interview was rushed; it was essentially fill out the application on a laptop, then talk about the schedule and be offered the job. There wasn't much to it so there's a good chance the turnover is high.

Interview
Director of HR and her team interviewed me first. That was a great interview. I passed and headed to the next round. I was asked to be available on a Saturday for an afternoon interview. CEO could not make the interview on Saturday and wanted to do it on Sunday afternoon. CEO called and wanted a list, by name, of my former supervisors and what grade they would give me as a performer. CEO was not interested in marketing strategy or philosophy. CEO had not read or acted as though he could not remember any of the material I was asked to write up ahead of time regarding leadership. CEO, when asked about his leadership style, told me that he is not much of a leader and relies on his people to do all of that. When questioned about the former CMO, CEO spoke poorly of him and how he was terminated. CEO went on about how hard the job was and how much unfair competition had entered the market.
