Interviewed 3 times virtually (one with recruiter, one with one of the executives, one with both executives). Was told "On our end, we just had the chance to connect with the larger team + discuss shifting needs for the role. We have decided to take a different direction and won't be moving forward. We would like to continue to keep in touch. We all think your approach and experience lends itself well to future opportunities - especially as we grow our team.". Asked for feedback and never heard back.
Interviewer was not prepared and did not have the questions prepped. Was also not knowing how to answer questions asked in reciprocation and seemed caught off guard when trying to attempt to answer. Also did not read resumes correctly and got resumes mixed up

Interview
They were fairly quick with responses/updates. Everyone I spoke with was very easy going and made it a bit less stressful than some interviews can be. They ended up passing my on my candidacy, but definitely would have enjoyed working with them.
