They posted an ad on craigslist asking for basic information, and I was invited to apply for the job. Upon arriving in the store, I was asked to fill out an application (about 20 minutes) and was given an interview on the spot.

The interview process was thorough and fun. The manager that interviewed me made sure I had qualifications in order to perform the job at hand and I was hired on the spot.
