Very casual, area manager called while driving to one of the stores. Was pleasant but much more casual than expected. Was offered the position within 48 hours via email, no room for pay negotiation.

Smooth, felt comfortable and I had made sure to be there a little early, and be well presented. The store manager as well as New Zealand manager was there too. The New Zealand manager lead the interview. The questions weren’t to personal or challenging.
