I replied to a job listing on careerbuilder.com. I received a phone call from one of the staffing recruiters asking me to verify my work preferences. She emailed me an assessment to take and stated that she would contact me the next day. The assessment include a proficiency test in Microsoft Word and Excel and a standard typing test. I received a phone call the next day to come in and interview.

Question 1
Interview process was unusual. No questions were asked, except the ones that I asked. Basically, they print off the paperwork, verify all of your information, give you a simple math aptitude test, a personality test, and tell you about a few jobs they have available.
