After receiving my resume, Mr. Derek Kilby reached out to schedule a FaceTime meeting with me. During that meeting he explained the great work Brandywine Technology does to place IT technicians within positions. When he informed me of an opening with the Colonial School District, I seized the opportunity and an interview with the school district tech department was arranged. Mr. Kilby was even kind enough to meet with me right before the interview to give me some words of encouragement. Shorty after my interview I was told that the school district would like to hire me, so I met with Mrs. Kim McColgan to sign paperwork and finalize everything. The Brandywine Tech team were very kind and helpful throughout the whole process.
